Delivery
While we do everything within our power to ensure the safe and speedy delivery of your Velo City parcel, please be aware that sometimes postage can take a little longer than expected.
New Zealand
Any purchases made within New Zealand will be delivered by NZ Post within 5 working days from the date of purchase. All customers within New Zealand will be charged a flat rate of $NZD3.50 per delivery.
Overseas
Velo City does not deliver overseas.
However, if you are in Australia, you can still purchase our range online by visting our Australian dealer B.A. Gear.
GST, Customs & Duties
All prices shown on www.velo-city.co.nz are in New Zealand Dollars and include GST (Goods & Services Tax) of 12.5%.
Delivery Delays
Where there is a delay or likelihood of delay in the supply of products, we will advise you as soon as practicable. If the products cannot be delivered within 30 days of your order, we will notify you of this delay and you may either cancel your order or agree a further delivery time with us.

Exhanges/Returns
If it wasn't meant to be...
If your Velo City purchase is faulty or doesn't fit, please return it to us within 14 days.
If your garment is faulty we will graciously exchange or refund the item. If it does not fit we will happily exchange the item for a different size.
Please note that there is no exchange or refund on sale items, unless faulty or shipped not as ordered. Please choose carefully, we can't exchange or refund for change of mind.

We will exchange for different size if the goods are returned in their original condition. We will exchange or refund if the goods are faulty.
If the item is sold out, we will offer a replacement with another item of your choice to the same value.
We will refund the purchase price via your original payment method, excluding delivery (unless your garments are faulty or different from what you ordered).
Returned garments must be unworn (except if you've tried them on for size), unwashed and unaltered.
Original freight charges apply to redelivery of international orders except where goods are faulty or not as ordered.
For all exchanges and refunds, please complete the details on the packaging slip that arrived with your parcel and ensure your reason for refund or exchange is clearly stated.
